Hey there.

Im looking at changing to the Wired broadband option Woosh offers, Im currently on the extremely sub-par messenger wireless plan.

We have our interent and phone with them. I called Woosh to enquire about the change and the operator told me it will take Telecom 5-7 days to enable my line or something along those lines.

I was just wondering if anyone has changed to wired with Woosh and how long it actually took?

Also if theres any hidden charges to do with toll calling etc, is it still free local calls on the wired plans?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sadly, yes it will take from 5 to 7 working days for Woosh to get your details to Telecom for DSL connection. There is no real way to expedite the service or give them a hurry up.

When it comes to hidden charges, just make it clear that you aren't happy with the service, Woosh hates to see an account churn so they'll do about anything to retain a client.

Whatever you do, ensure you get their hardware back to them otherwise they'll send Collection House after it with their mob of angry debit collectors.
