Hi Everyone,

I have this setup at the moment.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-M55SLI-S4    AFAIK its V1.0

I currently have two sticks of RAM, running in dual channel.

Both of them are A-Data PC2-5300 512MB modules.

I want to increase the RAM in this machine, what do you recommend for brand, size, amount etc....

Price is a factor here as I will have to convince the other half that it is a good idea.

I would look at either Adata or PQI 1Gb DDR2-800 sticks. These can be picked up for around $75 each
