I was just reading a post on Customer Sucks [a live journal community where you read stories of employees complaining about their customers] and i came across something which made me shocked at this guys "knowledge"

http://community.livejournal.com/customers_suck/22461203.html

So.. my laptops over a year old and Harvey Norman has better ones out for the same price, can i exchange it? J/K

Yes, some people don't understand things continually evolve and the consequences of this in terms of pricing, etc. I'd like to be able to pay for a PC now and keep getting a new one every six months for free.

As for those kind of customers, there were specific product range that will upgrade their pc every six month until their initial warranty expires.

The funny thing was that not many people bothered to get their pc upgraded so frequently.
