nathan: anyone know which stores have stock in Auckland? Chatted to Telecom online who told me the Victoria St store had some, went there and they've sold out and reckoned there was none in Auckland

stink

Use the Store finder feature and ring around the stores and ask them.

Tried Sylvia Park?

Do whatever you want to do man.

Technofreak:
freitasm: I have contacted THREE people from this discussion and selected TWO for the Nokia Lumia 920 reviews on TelecomTech.

Later this week I will be looking for another TWO reviewers for another model, and later on another TWO for another device (not Windows Phone).

Lucky people, look forward to their reviews.

Me too - I'm nearly at the end of my VFNZ contract so will be looking for a new phone in the not too distant future.

Was using an iPhone 4S, which I have now sold, and am using a Nokia N900 in the meantime while I wait for the opportunity to get a Lumia 920.

Having seen the 920 survive this drop test and how much it survived before the glass shattered in the followup destruction test, I'm not going to bother with a case.

I'm upgrading from an HTC 7 Trophy. Early adopter here.

If anyone wants white or red, Clove have just started selling them with shipping on the 5th Dec. Get in fast though, they tweeted this:

To say Lumia 920 stock has been selling like hotcakes this afternoon would be just a bit of an understatement #flyingoffthevirtualshelves

Edit: Just noticed that Negri Electronics has the red one listed as in stock. I have a preorder with them from the 2nd Nov, so hopefully it's true. USD$777.50 + USD$69.50 shipping.

Upgraded from an iPhone 4.
Since i bought my iPhone 4 while the promotional 3GB data was going on, I bought the 920 outright.. still rocking 3GB p/mnth at no extra cost ;D
