I got a copy of this software for review, but it wouldn't run on my Treo 750v or Treo 700wx, crashing when I tried to get the channel list...

While I was reading, some tools to place your DVD movies on your pocket pc.  (FREE )

Cool, I can watch "Blade Runner", at work.

Damn the the drain on power and CPU must be heaps, wonder if phone still works thru a PPC movies session.

Update. I tested the Mobile Live TV.( demo version) on my Imate Jas jar ( via Vodafone connection )

Requires MS CF 2.0 ( which installed for me from there installer)
I loaded on storage card everything.
I used the Wifi data connection.

I managed to watch Bloomberg TV, but the viewing screen was only 2 cm by 2 cm large. I guess this was I was using demo exe only.

I tried to get BBC, CNN and MSN but these could not connect.

- requires strong data feed for europe and usa channels
- no local channels from AU or NZ
- slow to run program and make connections on wifi, no chance with vodafone connection.
- Just a toy, but if you live UK, EURO or USA it must be fun to have.
