Hey,

I'm having some problems installing Windows Mobile Device Center, I've downloaded the program, and try to run the installer.. It starts and tells me it's configuring it for windows, then gets 3/4 loaded through that and starts rolling back the installation.
There doesn't seem to be anyway to stop this from happening and I can't use ActiveSync because it's not compatible.

If I can't get this to work, is there some sort of program I can download so I can access my storage card through the USB connection on my phone?
I have downloaded a couple of programs to my phone (Card Export) which I can connect to my computer, I connect the USB cable, press connect on my phone, and it installed the drivers for my phone, but no "Removable Disk" comes up.. When I disconnect the cable, the "Removable Disk F" shows up in my computer for a second then disappears.. Also the device manager shows up with the USB Mass Storage device and everythings installed on that, drivers updated etc when the USB is connected..

Does anyone know how I can fix either of these problems?

Thanks.

Are you using Windows Vista or Windows 7 Beta? The current WMDC is not compatible with Windows 7 Beta.

Oh
I'm using Windows 7 Beta.. Does anyone know when or if there will be a new WMDC?

Is it still possible to get the storage card showing up through USB though?

Yes, there will be a new WMDC version. We don't have information about when it will be released, yet.

No you can't use the SD card, Windows Mobile devices aren't designed to be used as drives...
