I can't find Bluetooth Configuration in the Control Panel? I have Windows Media Center.

You will only have it in the Control Panel when you plug an adapter and use the default Microsoft software. If using any other software (Widcomm, Bluesoleil, Toshiba), then you will have the program group on Start, or an icon in the system tray.

Yes you're right. I use Bluesoleil, but I want to use the Windows Bluetooth Config. Is there any way to install it.I really need it. And there are 2 drivers missing:Bluetooth Communication Port (COM6) and Bluetooth Audio Device.
