Apple Support Technician
• Vibrant, energetic and creative work environment
• Apple desktop deployment and troubleshooting experience required

Join a leading Advertising Agency in Auckland CBD to provide 1st/2nd level support.

Ogilvy & Mather New Zealand are currently looking for an Apple Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve providing 1st/ 2nd line support for Apple Mac desktop and mobile systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with creating and mass deploying operating system environments & applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech support to 200+ iMac and Macbook Pro users
• Troubleshooting apple related technical issues
• Create, maintain and deploy MAC OS images and application packages
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, iWork and MS Office Suite
• Monitor Service Desk ticket queues and see through to completion

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in a MAC OS x Support role
• Strong Knowledge of Apple MAC OS client and Server operating systems
• Experience with Open Directory and Active Directory
• Mass image application deployment (Casper/DeployStudio)

Hi i am recent IT graduate but all the things i have done were on windows environment but i have tried mac OS on VMware but i do not have done any particular job in this sector, should i consider applying for the job.
