Are they actually cracking from design flaws/stress or are people dropping them :P

I brought a white 3G on launch weekend and am brutal to phones, but so far I have not had any cracking.

On Launch day I got the Griffin case-hard perspex material covering screen and a plastic backing.
So far it appears quite functional and im happy with it

I've got the white 16Gb and, contrary to what is being said about it, haven't seen any (and I mean any) marks on it at all. Quite impressed, frankly, as I'm also a bit ruthless with it.
