She should go and talk to the hotel and ask why, perhaps there's a solution as this seems like a pretty stupid thing to block, I imagine it will affect a large number of guests.

I'd defintely complain to the hotel. Very slack service. If they are offering internet service, it should work to a suitable standard.

I think she was pretty hacked off already having to downgrade her room, repack and move just to be in reach of WiFi. It’s meant to be holiday away from sorting problems so she didn’t want to waste more time and energy arguing. I agree at the prices they charge, it’s pretty poor service.

I was there a few weeks ago - everything Apple worked fine.... Both my wife and I have iPhones, plus we have an iPad. Everything worked with no issues.




Can't say the same about the pool towels though - they kept running out!
