We do allow relevant time for payment to be received, if you are having an issue with this it is probably an error or a bug and you should message me or contact us via the helpdesk.

Automatic payment arrangements for credit cards are done at a set time - 3 days after the bill date, this is company wide and I do not know the reason for this. If you are unhappy with this setup you can change to another payment option such as direct debit, internet transfer or physical bank payments.
