@MikeB4 I did not bring up anything about being ill, you did. Most businesses won't care and just want their money. Unfortunately this is the hard truth and the way it normally is these days. I am not saying Orcon don't care but you need to put your situation forward to them. They may be more understanding if you actually contact them. 

Another option to possibly consider is that it sounds like you using the account for business, have you asked them about their business broadband accounts? Business accounts normally tend to have a little more leeway regarding payments.

@Wombat1 my BB is private not business. It is reimbursed by a business. I use Xero due to the complexity of my financials.
