liuyanbiao: really?

are you the representatives for Slingshot?

Nope - just reading the information available to everybody on the slingshot website.

From the website
"A charge of $29.95 will apply for moving your broadband service."

Sorry for the late reply.

The cost is $79.95 to move your Slingshot naked broadband over to your new address. I apologise that you received some different answers from our team - naked can be a bit confusing.

Please give us a call on 0800 89 2000 to arrange your move.

Thanks Ms Slingshot.

I have requested the "moving house" service on my account page on the slingshot site.

However it didint give me the $79.95 option.

I can either chose $29.95 for broadband only

$149 wired and broadband.

of course, I chose the cheaper option. Cool

and in the phone number session, I put the same phone number as my current one.

are you able to look into my account? I can pm my username to you if you required.

I suggest in the future, you guys should update the standard procedure/charge for just broad
band customers as we are the most loyality ones..

we even use slingshot phone services.

Yes please pm me and I'll have a peek at your account to double-check the charge and confirm you're good to go.

Thanks for your feedback - I agree  with you and will look into updating the website and my account with more info for Just Broadband (naked) customers.

thanks :)
