It will be 22c/min. Like I said, the IN only looks as far as +1 to make it's decision on rating.

But what about the mobile/landline distinction? Before this deal calls were 44c, but after topup 22c to landlines only. Would calls to mobiles also have been 22c, since you say you only check the +1 to make the decision on rating?

If you talking US mobiles then yes as there's no way to distinguish their numbers from normal PSTN numbers as they follow the NA nation numbering plan..
