Was already with Orcon and signed up for the new genius service on the morning it launched.
Provisioning date was scheduled for 28/9, and was actually cut over a day earlier. The problem was I never received the modem.
10 day later, after numerous phone call, unanswered emails and tweets I finally got the modem, only to find that VOIP isn't set up. It's closing in on two weeks without voice services and I'm not a happy camper.
Orcon support is normally pretty good, but in this instance their communication and follow through has been appalling.
Anyone else have the same sort of issues?
