Prime Has been restored on TP 12456 until Oct 31st

Freeview STB's that have not been factory Reset will find the channel restored.

Non-Freeview STB's will Pick up the Channel from 12456, again if they haven't been factory reset, the channel will be working again.

Note that 12456 will no longer transmit Prime from Oct 31st.

Sounds like a do-over, since they totally stuffed up the PR last time around.

Because the certified Zinwell / DSE 7500 units can't tune to the new service without applying a "hackish" fix.

oops!

Ah cool, some of my friends said they've lost Prime on their sat freeview receiver...

Any details of how to get Prime back? Don't think their one is a Freeview approved device unfortunately.

Need to tell the unit to scan transponder 12707 which has the Sky Prime feed on it, which is now unencrypted.

The most sensible way is to go to 12483 H in your transponder add / edit menu set NIT on and CAS FTA only and set it searching

It should zap through all the transponders of freeview+SKY and add all fta's including Trackside and C4 you just need a cleanup at the end of the channel list once the scan has completed

This will work on pretty much ALL free to air satellite recievers
