The Skytower site manager (Broadtech) are from my experience, very hot on site coordination. So any poor engineering design or installation I would expect to be clamped down on pretty sharpish to say the least. 

 

Related to this, Mediaworks (or any other TV spectrum licence holder) have quite specific and strong rights when it comes to interference complaints, so I would expect their transmission manager to be coming down on these matters should they arise.
