Well, not just installed. You have to also register for Data Clock. But you don't have to use it.

The first time I tried data clock, it stopped my data completely when I didn't have a clock (is that the name for it?) activated. Obviously I didn't want this, so I uninstalled the app after my trial 24 hours so I could use my damn phone again.

 

 

 

I tried it again last year, and this time it didn't stop my data. The weird thing is it seems I lost data while I had a clock active, so I think the system is a bit buggy. I've steered well clear of it since then. Not too worried, data is so cheap these days on 2degrees.

@ripdog I have used it quite a bit in the last few months and it's rock solid for me, If you are not in the 2Degrees network coverage then it will use data from the standard data bundle

 

The App also got a update last week
