Hey, I'm thinking about swapping from XNet to SNAP, just a few questions for SNAP users:

*Anyone know what latency on World of Warcraft is like, particularly in the evening(6-12pm)?

*Does Youtube require any buffering, or can it be watched straight away?

*Much random network downtime?

*Support?

Not sure about WoW, but read my other posts about Snap. I thoroughly recommend them.

10 Minute YouTube videos buffer fully in less than 2 minutes for me.

Then again im FS/FS on an ADSL2+ enabled cabinet.

Cheers

* Latency for WoW sits around 400ms, 250ms off peak
* Youtube works well
* Had a couple of outages lately, but they were only short, and before that it's been great
* Support is fantastic, call their 0800 number and a tech answers straight away (no menus) - I think their helpdesk is 24/7

The service has been excellent lately, even on the Night Owl plan. Support is great too.
