A short while before 2DM launched I managed to get someone there to reserve the 022 version of a number I'm quite fond of. They told me this was done successfully and then left the company or vanished from the planet.

Every other number in the range was released on the 2DM website for selection a short time after 2DM launched. I have been unable to get the number allocated to me because 2DM staff can't find it in the system, it's "lost" somewhere in a database.

Customer Care and Stores have been nonsuccessive in finding the number. Are there any 2DM staff who might be able to get in touch and help with this?
