networkn: Well price isn't everything. At the end of the day it's up to you to make the comparison, but the average response time to a ticket for us is about 11 minutes (Including late night queries). I wonder if support of o365 would be comparable.
Nice response. I don't think any Kiwi companies would be able to compete with Microsoft on pricing alone, so it's up to them to beat Office 365 in other areas - and offering great customer service is a good way to do that.
