Is there an Android emulator that works perfectly (ok I'll admit, I want to play Hungry Shark World on my touchscreen windows 10 laptop!) .... so will need to be able to render 3D graphics ... I guess ...

Involuntary autocorrect in operation on mobile device. Apologies in advance.

You could try Bluestacks, thats probably the best Android emulator to date, not many other emulators can run at a decent speed due to it needing to emulate an ARM processor, while PCs have x86 based processors.

If that isn't fast enough you are probably out of luck and it might be worth looking to see whether the app you're trying to play has a version in the Windows Store.

bluestacks.. although it wont run all things.. Im still using a beta version with a mod and superuser added

I think its cos its using itel code not arm.. although it has a arm emulatior library

some apps do direct calls to hardware or dont follow googles apis

havent tried the final version.. I know you have to pay pro or something now? beta was ad free

but can be bypassed

theres some tools for rooting and what not .. think its in the android dev forums
