This morning's Vodafone update:
My number is scheduled to be ported out tonight/tomorrow morning and I still haven't received a tracking number.

My plan change has taken effect, but still not even an acknowledgement of the order for the phone, much less tracking etc.
Have the pre order deals finished? If not, whats the best one around? PB Techs deals didnt inspire me this time around.

I'm in the same boat, wouldn't take much to have a better tracking system. The online one just says no orders pending, but call centre assures me its underway....

landcruiserguy: I think the Vodafone deal with the free tv is the best deal. A mate forwarded me the email so if you want a copy pm me your email address and i can forward it on. Looking for buds if you want to flick them off to reduce the damage.

Their web sales team seems to be an issue. When I was still trying to figure out what was going on, I’d get a different answer depending on who I talked to. The left hand has no idea what the right is doing.
I rang VF today and spoke to the Business team. Their front of house people are not the same as the sales team and, for some reason best known to VF, they cannot read the notes etc left by the sales team when they do the orders (or so I was told) so could not help other than to escalate it back to sales and ask them to get in touch and update me.
I find that large organisations are not the best at returning calls like that, so it remains to be seen whether it results in an answer! The Front desk people did say that the order is definitely alive but they cannot see much more than that.

my s10 was delivered at midday today, well done 2 degrees, only 5 days from order to arrival, now i just have to finish work for the day.
