well I'm furious, ordered from Spark on the 22nd, got confirmation of order. I received no further emails so was concerned as it was being delivered to my work as no one at home. Got into chat to be told order was declined and to talk to dun & bradstreet for a copy of my credit report or ring approvals. I rang approvals they said it wasn't to do with credit the person didn't read file it was due to not being my home address so they rang and left a message (which I never checked so I take that on chin)
anywho I asked where to now, told go to a branch and uplift, do that they say declined and also I won't get ear buds as deal finished (deep breathes saying to myself not these guys fault)
ring approvals same guy says my credit is fine, ask to be put to retentions as I'm not happy.
Retentions check it out and said its been declined due to credit, I say I am fine, she rings brad & dunstreet, few minutes latter told my credit rating is fine, right.
Ask about buds told to wait, few minutes later no that deals finished can I hand my phone to branch person, talks to her and hang up Spark person confirms no buds I cancel purchase.
I checked messages and sure enough its a call from, wait for it, approvals saying ring back which I didn't obviously.
Current thinking is to change suppliers, I'll see how I feel in morning but whatever i won't get ear buds so rubbish day
