Is there any reason to allow Chrome to run in the background?

Geektastic: Is there any reason to allow Chrome to run in the background?

I uninstalled Chrome and use the Brave browser. It's based on Chrome and the phone UI is pretty much identical to Chrome, plus it's an ad blocker.

Do you guys reckon the discrepnacy in the camera on exynos vs snapdragon in Clarty which is VERY noticeable will be fixed by Samsung?

Its like they keep taking the piss out of us down under and europe charging premium for a lesser product both in hardware but visual image output.

My understanding is that it's a hardware issue, the Snapdragon uses something that the exynos doesn't?

I still can't work out why they persist in using two different processors. It's very quaint.

My battery drain seems to be settling. The phone is at 60% after 12 hours 44 minutes, with 1hr 25 mins screen time and 15 hours 32 mins remaining estimated. Must have been messed up by the reset etc.

It's in settings, you can customize it more in good lock. Search in settings for one handed mode.

no not one handed mode,  i'm talking about the snap window feature, its an enhanced version of multi window ..you pick the area you want to remain visable at all times and then select the other app .. far better than the basic split screen in half thing android P does on the s10 out of the box.

enable it , and then try on say youtube in vertical mode and you'll see what i mean, you can basically dock youtube to the top of yr screen and it will keep running when you switch to the other app.

and i see after enabling it that its also avaialble via task edge as well, great, full S8 functionality back again finally
