Nope not me, but it's supposed to be out in January for these devices so I'll check it out then.

dpw:

Has anyone here tried Android 10 by any means, beta testing, etc?

Been using for a few weeks. Super clean.

My only gripe (a Google gripe) is that the Google gestures are disabled when using s custom launcher. This was just fixed on pixels and will come to Samsung too.

Other than that I love it.

I purchased a dual SIM s10e from a parallel importer last Friday, it downloaded Android 10 security patch 1st December. All works very slick, gestures etc. Not sure which country it was destined for.

Hoping 2Degrees aren't too late the Android 10 Party. Having been very happy with my recent move from Apple to Android for the first time in 6 or so years, I had forgotten how annoying it was to be reliant on the carriers for releasing upgrades...

Factory reset after the upgrade?

The little things make the biggest difference.

Looks like it is live for everyone: NZCTNZ, VNZ

Maybe just do the smart-switch back-up thing first, but I didn't bother with the OG One UI / Pie

So I've upgraded my phone this morning after reading these posts, but thus far I've not found anything to get too excited about.

Dark mode in Gmail, and dark mode supported in both the Gmail and Google Calendar widgets (prior they looked weird side-by-side as the former supported it but not the latter) is nice but not earth-shattering.

Oh, I the new gesture for a 'smallified' screen is quite handy for one-handed usage.

Clearly need to go do some research to find what I'm missing!

Indeed - I have struggled to find any meaningful functional changes or even cosmetic ones! Not sure if that is more due to OneUI or the core Android 10 update itself?

I'm using an alternative launcher (Microsoft Launcher) so wondered if that was why I'm missing out on some of the goodness.

Looks like a new popup feature for notifications that will open in a small window which can then be maximised, which could be handy (or maybe I just missed that earlier).

Also noticed a black bar below the Google Keyboard which is actually kind of annoying as it was easier to use by feel when the bottom row was against the base of the phone.
