Not according to the link above. Not sure where you're getting your data, but it doesn't seem consistent with what others are seeing? Can you share a link please?

Dingbatt:

From what I can tell the big update to Android 11 and OneUI 3 (for the S10) was pulled due to bugs and stability problems.

You’re correct that the rollout was paused briefly due to stability issues, but that was resolved weeks/months ago and hasn’t prevented the update being rolled out to nearly 100 other countries around the world.

restecp:
Yes, I have checked all CSC's

Where are you getting this info from? I just checked again on my phone and it still says there is no update available. Sammobile also shows no NZ carriers offering the latest update yet.

Android 11 / OneUI 3 available* for my S10 this morning. Installing now. (2D phone running on Spark). Big update so taking a while.

Mine still shows nothing on a manual check. It's now showing on SamMobile on the above links, so hopefully it'll show up via OTA updates soon. Possibly a gradual rollout?

Great news for wireless android auto. 5Ghz hotspot is now available!

Also seems One UI 3.1 is out in Europe as well.

Spark S10+ downloading... do you do a factory reset after such a big update?

Clear Dalvik cache maybe?
