That's excellent news indeed. I knew they'd announced the S10 was to get Android 12, but not when.

mentalinc: S10 due to get android 12 in January..
https://www.xda-developers.com/samsung-revealed-one-ui-4-0-upgrade-schedule/

That's great news. My S10e is now 2 years old, and I'm starting to wonder when to get a new device, and what to replace it with. But if Android 12 comes along soon, then I may be able to delay the upgrade for a bit longer. I still love the form factor and features of the S10e (including the headphone jack!) and there aren't many equivalent devices available now. The best possible replacement I've found is the Zenfone 8 from Asus, but that's not officially available in NZ.

Ditto - I love the form factor on my S10e. Current phones are just too big to slip in your pocket when going for a run. Unfortunately my battery doesn't last as long now but the fast charging helps a lot. I'd also like dual sim and understand there is a S10e model which supports that.

I've usually upgraded every 2 years but still on my s10+ from release date but this is the first time in many years I've nearly gone 3 years before upgrading
Still goes great , battery life still okay but will see what the s22 holds, having skipped the 20 and s21 series. Looking forward to Android 12.

Anyone got any insider knowledge of when to expect Android 12 for the S10e in NZ? Looking at the firmware page on sammobile, version 12 seems to be available in most countries around the world now: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s10e/firmware/#SM-G970F
