The decoder is receiving the IR signal from these buttons ok (blue LED flashes), but is not responding in any way. Same result when I use a 3rd party remote.
The Sky call centre tried various resets but still no joy.
The Tech is coming out, but I'm not hopeful of it being fixed.
My wife is going to be p****d because there's a heap of stuff she hasn't watched that will be lost if they swap out the decoder.
