Hi All

We already have multiroom and get the HD ticket for free on our main tv but the question is
if we upgrade the second decoder to mysky do we need to pay another $10 fo the
second decoder.

I rang sky last night and got some grumpy lady who was pretty rude and she said yes it will be a
$99 install fee for what im not sure all the cabling etc is already there grrrrrrrr
extra $15 a month for the mysky box plus and extra $10 a month for a extra HD ticket
Talk about feeling ripped off

So after doing so research on here it seems some people are not having to pay for the extra HD ticket

Can someone confirm this so I can try again with sky.

Cheers

Karlos

no you don't have to pay $10 for the HD ticket at all if you have multiroom. Sky really need to do something about their CSRs most of whom are ill trained or just plain ill suited to the job.

But that covers all STBs in the house. I have 4 and don't pay for the HD ticket at all.
