I was wondering if there is a way to filter videos on youtube.

I like to watch sports videos on youtube as well as poker videos etc however many seem to be at 240 quailty and I'd like to be able to somehow filter out poor quality videos.

Ideal I'd also like to be able to filter out videos where the number of dislikes is twice that of the likes.

Is this possible thru youtube?

or does anybody know of a browser extension or even a third party program that would allow me to do this?
