Hi all

I am looking for any recommendations for an arborist in Auckland.

We have a large tree between our house and our neighbour's house, and it's grown a lot more in the year since we moved in than I expected. So it needs trimming and it's too big for me to do myself.

I also want to get the health of the tree checked as given the location any problems could lead it to be dangerous or expensive.

Let me know if there is someone in Auckland you have used previous and can recommend.

Thanks

I've used Christian from Arborist Auckland a couple of times now and highly recommend him and his crew. He's removed two trees for us plus cleaned up a few that were getting a little unruly.

Oakwood. Have used them for years and been very happy with their work and pricing.

The worst part about diy is the cleanup. These guys all have trailer mounted chippers.

We've used both A1 sure services and Tree Kings, both did a good job, get a few quotes as some seem to charge more for unknown reasons vs other work.

If not too late - try NZ Tree Tops, they cut down a huge tree on our property, and chipped up & took away the bits we didn't want, and left the property really tidy.

+1 for Tree Kings, they were the cheapest of the three who quoted and did an amazing job, somehow bringing down two dangerous dead trees with almost no damage to the garden beneath, I still don't know how they managed that.
