https://voyager.nz/myaccount/usage is currently telling me that I've only used 2.8 GB this month. That is most definitely not correct :)

I have never seen it working. I don't check it often, but when I raised it with support a long long time ago, they said all their plans are unlimited.

Sorry, didn't see these replies: I somehow managed to accidentally "unwatch" the thread.

I don't use it much either since the plans are unlimited, but I was just curious as to my usage. No real issue if it doesn't work, but it should probably either be fixed or removed.

Agreed all unlimited so why does it matter. But I would argue it's good to check it from time to time to check for example, upload usage. If you've got bad actors on your network / malware installed on some device this could give you an indication if it was abnormally higher than your usual.

Hi all,

if you can DM me your account numbers i'll grab some examples.

I'm personally not aware of any issues with the usage meter, but certainly can have them checked out.

I get the following error message when I access the usage page:

We're sorry but you have accessed this Usage Meter from a non Voyager connection. If you wish to use this service for tracking your data usage, please access this from your Voyager broadband or fibre connection.

This isn't correct but likely because I'm not accessing the usage page from the primary IP address on the account. I'm not really worried about my usage but was just curious after seeing the comments here

This has now been fixed.

The team are looking into if they can retroactively restore data.
As others have mentioned, it's unlimited.

In general given I've been across the software stack for a few providers it all depends on how you collect the data, and then there is how you present without large queries etc.

Given there are no limited plans sold it really is more of a nice to know thing...

If, by "fixed", you mean "reporting the exact same usage for the current month and the previous month" then sure :)

Yes it always seems to do that in the last day or two of the month, have noticed that for quite some time.
