Rebooted my router this morning and was met with being unable to connect.

Looking at pcaps it looks like bng1-akl1 is terminating my connection?

had a look in my account portal and it's a whole lot of "Received Accounting Stop". is anybody else experiencing this?

running opnsense 24.1.1

No luck unfortunately, rebooted a couple times now (just did another one for sanity's sake) & nothing.

Raise a ticket in the portal would be next option to have someone investigate for you.

@murkywalrus They're aware of your connection and are working on it now just FYI. They need to diagnose if it is either a Quic, Chorus or You bug. Can you try another router?

It may be up by then but your router is sending additional PPPoE details for some reason causing a config reject. Have you perhaps got the service field filled in? This should remain blank.

I woke up to the same issue with my connection. @quic / @michaelmurfy

The portal showed my PPPoE connection retrying every 5 seconds or so. I have rebooted the ONT and UDM-SE. No change...

@chrisallen You been sorted out? It sounds like they know what the issue is now.

Edit: I just removed your payload information as it was potentially exposing things you don't want others to see.

Hi team,

Just letting you all know we are aware of this and have found a bug in our new stack impacting a select few circuits.

We've implemented a workaround, so if your circuit isn't coming up immediately, please leave it sitting there and will come up shortly.

The team are working on a full fix which we're hoping will be deployed today.

Just had the same issue @ 1340 today.  Was resolved by Quic changing to DHCP.
