Is anyone using the Jaycar AR1895 Stereo 2.4GHz Digital Wireless 15WRMS Audio Amplifier System ?

This seems like a great product - just add speakers !

I want to add some extension speakers in another part of my house but putting in cables is not possible.

Any other suggestions ?

Cheers !

"Send crystal clear audio from your Hi-Fi or portable music device to speakers further away or outside, without messy wiring. Built upon the popular Class T amplifier design this system exhibits high-fidelity, tube-like audio that audiophiles have come to love and enjoy. Connect your speakers to the spring terminals and power using the included power supplies or by 8 x AA batteries in each unit (available separately). Supplied with 2 x 150mm 3.5mm curly cables to connect your audio source."

Almost sounds too good to be true, eh?

Could be okay / average. Could be utter crap. My bet is on the latter.

Jaycar do have some quite handy gadgets sometimes.

Wiring up a house for speakers is/can be a right pain.

Range up to 20m line of sight... If there are walls in the way that distance will be less.

I think that says it all.
Spring terminals usually = crap.
