I brought my LED tv less than 2 months ago. Have not been having any problems until this morning. Screen went blank like the LEDs just died.

Has anyone had this problem or know if I could fix it. The help line of the Warehouse is now closed until Monday morning.

Please anyone help.

If you look closely can you still see a faint picture ?
Just wondering if the backlight has died, my mum had a tv from the warehouse and the backlight failed on it. they just replaced it with a new one as want worth fixing apparently

Not even 2 months old, thats crazy.

Thank you for the reply, I kind of guessed that.

We never called the service line and just took it in there even when they say not to, but this was a 32" model so a bit easier to manage

Try calling your local store, rather than the service line, we had an issue with a blu ray player that died after 6 weeks or so, and the store just said bring it in and they swapped it, no waiting for service line etc. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Yeah its pretty big.

Will call them on Monday. They dont have anymore in store but maybe they still have some, they were selling them on their online specials not that long ago. Stink having to put it together again. Was hard work getting it out of the box.

At least it comes with a 3 year warranty.
