Well Intros I suppose

I am Hone. I work for the afterhours for the Hamilton City Council at the teleops desk. If you've had a reason to call the Hamilton city council afterhours you've probably spoken to me :D We also take calls after hours for Waipa, Waikato DC and Enviroment Waikato and yes that is a huge area to cover :D

I used to work for Telecom as a mixed CSR Rep (ie 123 for Internet,Mobile and Phones). I tryed my darndest when I was there to give customers the best service I could. I was let go from there after a long 3 month training thing about improving my sales. To be honest I couldn't give a s**** about the sales - as long as my customers were happy. Had some really tangly cases to work out too !.

In my spare time I'm a bit of a stay home and play on my computer kinda of guy - fanfictions and World of Warcraft is my poison :D
