I Just recieved this email from Xtra.

Dear Xtra customer,

Over the last few weeks there have been a series of
issues with our Xtra email service, which has meant that some Telecom email
customers have experienced delays in sending and receiving emails, or had
trouble logging into the service.

We apologise unreservedly for these
issues and we understand how important a stable and reliable email service is to
you. Keeping you connected is critical for us and we are all passionate about
delivering this.

We are working closely with our email partner Yahoo! to
ensure we provide you with a reliable and consistent email
service.

Yahoo! is the world's largest provider of email services,
providing email to more than 300 million users around the world.  We are
confident that by working closely with Yahoo! we will deliver the level of
service that our customers rightly expect to receive.

Once again, we are
sorry if you have experienced any disruption to your email service over the last
few weeks.

Chris Quin
Telecom CEO

What's the bet that it ended up in the spam folder that is inaccessible to a majority of users of the lousy yahoo mail service?
