Just got a new Telecom fibre connection, getting 92Mbps download on the LAN ports of the Telecom HG630b but only 24Mbps on the Wifi.
Is this normal? Is the HG630b capable of 92Mbps on the Wifi?

It sounds like you may not have a 802.11N device, 24mb is pretty good for 802.11g.

Plenty online about wireless congestion.

That is perfectly normal.

You will not get anywhere near 100Mbps over WiFi.

Slightly OT, but maybe PeterReader should reply to any first post that talks about WiFi and explain that it is a complementary solution to a wired network only?
