Having recently made the switch to fibre (as Mt Eden ADSL was so slow) we have had on-going issues with speed.
We opted for the 100/20 unlimited plan however since day 1 (4 weeks ago) our speed has been 20/20.
Chorus has been out and rewired tested the ONT, Spark has sent 3 modems and I have spent hours trying to get help from the help desk!
Spark have basically washed there hands of me and told me to get a new ISP (they suggested I change my plan to a 30/10??). Will I have the same problem elsewhere?
Am I going crazy? Should this be so difficult?
