Dear Telecom/Xtra,

Please please PLEASE, tell your customers (this is relevant to people using POP3 clients) that they can manage their own spam folders by logging on to their web based Yahoo!Xtra accounts. This is where all the missing email messages go...

I am sick and tired of having to follow up my emails with text messages, or phone calls, asking whether my email was received or not. And then, having to explain why, my, and other emails are not being received.

PS. And did I mention Xtra alias accounts!?

Hmm ISP based emails is so old fashion, there are a lot of ways to beat this. One is to get a domain based email address. Just my 2c!

Yes, I agree - but not sure how this can help. I am the sender not the recipient.  I do not use an Xtra email address, although Xtra is my ISP.
