My mobile is on a cheap skinny prepay pack thing.
We've got a 4G FWA skinny connection at our immobile caravan up the coast.
Theoretically you can get $10 off your 4G FWA if you're on a pack.
If you're cheap like me and only get a pack when you'll be using it (we're not in the caravan every month), and you want the discount, you have to go through customer service to buy a new pack every time. This gets old. The customer service people say it's because my FWA account was created before the discount.
The customer care live chat system isn't connected to the website authentication so I've taken to keeping a block of text to paste in when asked to prove it's really my account/etc. The whole rigmarole is just a pain.
Is there anyone here from Spark/Skinny who can UPDATE Account4GBroadband SET HasMobile=1 WHERE UserName='deadlyllama'; or even better expose that via your website or customer care?
