Has been working fine for couple of years until tonight.
Wifi just turns off.
Green wifi light just goes out on its own.
If I power cycle the unit I can login to admin page briefly and then ita gone again within a few mins.

I haven't parsed your log. I had similar problems with a 630b long ago. I think it eventually failed 100%. It was replaced by Spark after the usual reset everything twice etc.
