I have been getting 999 ping in a christchurch counter strike source server and i decided to do a tracert to an nz server and this is what i got

Looking at the router ADSL stats shoulod be the first thing, followed by basic isolation tests removing all phones and devices from the line to see how they then compare.

Looking at that there is a high probability the issue is your modem or a wiring fault within your house.

I walked outside only to find a Chorus van parked near the cabinet :O so i talked to him then i came back inside and it was all fixed good job Chorus
