Hey team,
Have a display issue on three devices.  The options tab is kinda open on all users without interaction from me.
All on Chrome browser, cleared cache and all browsing data, re logged in and still there.

Some setting I have changed? or something else?

Devices in question: Nexus 7 2013 (4.3), Galaxy S3(4.2.2), iPad3 (7.0.2)

Im picking its something in common with the devices, as chrome on PC displays just fine.

I've put the options menu (and the hidden moderators' menu) "open" because there were problems with using those in some mobile devices. I will be replacing the menus on mobile devices soon.
