Do they have enough market share to justify having their own forum section, had never heard of them before.

I would say not (no offence intended Kiwilink).

I have heard of you through the webdesign/hosting community and have no issues with the service you provide, however I think your users would be best suited to using your existing support channels, rather than the forums here.

Guys, I am not affiliated with Kiwilink other than being a customer....

I only thought it would be useful to have a 3rd party, independent forum for users and those interested to discuss their service (the reason I assumed for all of the sub forums under "New Zealand Telecommunications"...)

I thought geekzone was the place for that in NZ...

We only create a forum when we see there will enough interest to justify it. A long list of forums is not good overall - we have in the past removed lots of forums and we currently have two for review.

I recommend any ISP discussion not related to the forums currently active to be posted in the "Broadband" forum.

Yep - best to start your discussions, and if time passed vs. threads created shows a need, then a Kiwilink forum will magically appear courtesy of the team at GZHQ.
