Excuse me while I have a small public rant here about Vodafone's billing service.

I changed broadband plans back in April at the offer of a VF service rep who called me on the phone to upgrade me.
Since then I've been charged $10 more than what we agreed on every month.

So every month I ring the 0800 number and get it fixed, and every time they tell me it's won't happen again and yet it does.

I realise it's not a huge issue but having to call every month about the same problem is getting old and repetitive.

VF reps, can please we get it fixed permanently this time?

Do you know the cause of the problem? Is it your mobile phone keeps unlinking? If so are you trying to activate it a on a second account? Did you speak with the retention team and agree to a special price?

I'm not sure of the cause... my mobile isn't linked to the account (it's not a VF mobile).

My best guess is that the system is trying to charge me the price for the nearest equivalent plan, Naked Broadband Play Red.

It probably was the retention team I spoke to in April since my contract was renewed for another 12 months.

Hi Petes117

I've taken the liberty of changing you to the unlimited plan. That's actually $14 a month less than your current plan and has unlimited data so you won't get overage charges. Get more pay less. :)

I'll email you with more info.

Hi Dylan,
Thanks I was considering that too after looking at the current plans on offer. I went 4GB over my cap this month, which is why this month's bill was $14 more rather than the usual $10 more. So the unlimited plan should be better for me.

Thanks very much getting this sorted out for me :)

Could you please look into this for me too. I am on the VDSL unlimited with phone package for $115. I also have an on account mobile that is (at least was) linked so I should be paying $105. But this month I am being charged $120... If you could let me know what you need from me, that would be great.
