New fibre customers will have Vodafone A on their bills.

Legacy TelstraClear yes, but not just HFC, we have UFB and the account is still a Customer Zone one, the bills are "Ref:TCL / Vodafone C" ones etc. If memory serves me right they wanted to migrate us over to the new platform when we moved house but couldn't because of something (T-Box maybe?)

Correct - Legacy HFC and (some) other ex-TelstraClear customers will still be on CustomerZone (Vodafone C). So will some early UFB Fibre customers. Up until recently (18 months ago?) our other broadband customers (ex-ihug, Vodafone DSL, and later UFB) would have Vodafone B on their bill.

All new (consumer) broadband connections will go on the same platform as our mobiles (Vodafone A) and under some circumstances (such as moving house) we can migrate existing connections. Yes the T-Box was one reason why we would not migrate a customer out of CustomerZone, though as far as I am aware this has also recently changed as we’d now swap out the T-Box for our newer Vodafone TV.
