Last night I paid my Vodafone bill($49) using internet banking. Following that, I then went to pay my Credit Card bill, but overlooked the fact that I accidentally clicked Vodafone again, and hence paid them $2000
Anywho, I called my bank who said they'd charge $50 to get it back, which I said no to. I then called Vodafone instead to get them to reverse it, which they were able to set up. The lady told me to call back in 11 days if it hasn't showed up.
Has anyone had any experience with reversals that can tell me how long it will approximately take and if they are reliable? I've had some bad experiences with VFs customer service so I'm pretty skeptical.
