The following link says that PXT to BestMate on superprepay is free yet I'm being charged 20 cents. I'm sure I wasn't getting charged when on account

Is there a difference in on account BestMate and Super prepay BestMate?

Can anybody help.

Are you definately not being charged for calls or sms to the same number?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Pre-paid best mate has always excluded PXT. On account best mate, includes PXT.

I cannot view your link, but I have never seen anywhere that stated it was included for pre-paid customers.

If you click the show details button it says,

BestMate With BestMates you can talk, TXT, PXT and video call up to 3 nominated Vodafone NZ mobile numbers from within NZ whenever you want, as much as you want, 24/7!

Does that mean you'll get free PXT added to prepay???
Why is BestMate different on prepay than on a plan anyway.
Had assumed after being on a plan that it would be the same. Took awhile to realise I was now being charged for Pxts.

Thanks anyway.

It's an incentive to go on account....

That's also not the only difference; BestMate is also cheaper OA:

2 BM for $10 or 3 BM for $12 as opposed to $6 each on prepay.
